Is the review step mandatory?

Yes. ParseFlow AI does not produce export files without a human review step. This is intentional — financial data requires human approval.

What do confidence scores mean?

Confidence scores (0–100%) indicate how certain the AI is about each extracted value. High confidence (95%+) means the field extracted cleanly. Low confidence means you should verify the value against the original document.

Editable Data Preview — Review Before You Export

Every extraction in ParseFlow AI goes through a mandatory review step. Before any Excel or CSV file is produced, you see all extracted fields with their confidence scores. Click any field to correct it. Only data you've approved gets exported.

This review-before-export model ensures that extraction errors never reach your accounting records. It's the key difference between ParseFlow AI and fully automated pipeline tools that export data without human oversight.

How the review panel works

After extraction, the review panel shows all extracted fields grouped by section: Invoice Details, Line Items, and Validation Status. Each field displays its extracted value alongside a confidence bar. Fields with confidence below 90% are highlighted in amber.

Click any field value to open an edit mode. Type the corrected value and press Enter. The export is only enabled once you've reviewed the results.
