It turns AI extraction from a black box into a transparent, reviewable workflow: every field the AI pulls from line item extraction and VAT extraction is shown for inspection, with a confidence score, beside the original document.
Review only what matters
Per-field confidence scoring is what makes the preview fast. High-confidence fields are validated automatically; medium and low-confidence fields are surfaced for a quick check. You spend your attention where it actually changes the outcome, instead of re-reading an entire invoice. For scanned documents processed through invoice OCR, this is where you catch the occasional misread digit before it reaches your books.
Validation and export
Once you correct a value, the validation engine re-checks consistency automatically — line totals against quantities and prices, VAT against the subtotal, and the rows against the invoice total. When everything reconciles, approve and export to Excel with invoice PDF to Excel, or to CSV for import into your accounting system. The same review flow works for invoices, receipts and bank statements.
