Create a fresh spreadsheet with headers and data in place, or append rows to a sheet you already use — choosing the exact worksheet tab. The column order is identical every time, so the formulas, pivots and dashboards you build once keep working month after month.
Validated, structured and sync-ready
Invoices export one row each (number, supplier, dates, currency, subtotal, VAT, total and status) and bank statements one row per transaction with debit/credit split. Everything is validated before it's written, and because the integration appends, it's the basis for automatic sync. When you also need the data inside your books, pair it with accounting-software export.
