Your invoices and bank statements are among the most sensitive documents a business has. This page sets out what happens to them and what protects them.
How we protect your data
Encryption in transit
All traffic is protected with TLS. Data moving between your browser and our servers is encrypted end to end.
Encryption at rest
Extracted data is stored encrypted, with access restricted to the systems that need it.
Automatic file deletion
Your original uploaded file is deleted immediately after extraction — we do not keep the source document.
No AI training on your data
Your documents and their content are never used to train AI models, and are never sold.
EU hosting
Documents are processed in EU data centres on reputable cloud infrastructure.
Access controls
Authentication and least-privilege access controls protect accounts and internal systems.
Monitoring and auditing
Infrastructure is monitored and security practices are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
GDPR compliant
We support data-subject rights including access, correction, deletion and portability.
How your documents are handled
When you upload a document, it is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed to extract the structured data you requested. The text and content may be sent to our AI processing provider solely to perform that extraction.
As soon as processing completes, the original file is deleted. We retain only the extracted structured data so you can access your history — and you can delete that at any time from your dashboard. We never use your documents to train AI models, and we never sell your data.
