1. Document Processing
ParseFlow AI processes documents you upload to extract structured data. The original document file is deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain, share, or use your original documents for any purpose other than extraction.
2. Data We Store
We store the following information:
- Your account information (name, email, profile picture from Google)
- Extracted structured data from your documents (not the original files)
- Usage statistics (number of documents processed)
- Subscription and billing information (handled by Stripe)
3. AI Processing
Extracted text from your documents is sent to OpenAI's API for AI extraction. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not send original file content beyond the text extracted from your document.
4. Authentication
We use Google OAuth for authentication. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not store your Google password.
5. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Requests are processed within 30 days.
