Terms of Service — ParseFlow AI

1. Service Description

ParseFlow AI provides AI-powered document parsing services. You upload PDF invoices, receipts, and bank statements; we extract structured data and provide it as CSV or Excel files.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only upload documents you own or have the legal right to process. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to process documents containing others' personal data without proper authorisation, or to circumvent security measures.

3. Free Plan Limits

The free plan allows 3 document processing requests per calendar month. Limits reset on the first day of each month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.

4. Subscription and Billing

Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months except as required by law.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI extraction is not 100% accurate. Always review extracted data before using it for financial, legal, or accounting purposes. We are not liable for errors in extracted data.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParseFlow AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including errors in extracted data.
