From Shopify order invoices, ParseFlow AI extracts the full record: order number and date, customer name and shipping/billing address, and each product line with name, SKU, variant, quantity, unit price, and line total. On the money side it pulls discount code and amount, shipping method and charge, tax rate and amount, and the order total.

Refund invoices and partial-refund credit notes are handled with negative values so net figures stay correct. Nothing recognised on the document is dropped — fields that don't map to a standard column (gift messages, custom order attributes, fulfilment notes) are preserved verbatim so the export mirrors the original order.

Shopify's admin shows orders beautifully on screen but exports them as either raw API CSVs (hard to read) or per-order PDFs (impossible to total). Sellers who need clean, accountant-ready data — for VAT returns, payout reconciliation, or COGS analysis — end up re-keying PDFs by hand.
