AI Bank Reconciliation Software
Reconcile your bank statement against your invoices automatically. FlowParse reads every transaction from a bank statement PDF, matches it to the right invoice, and surfaces unpaid invoices, duplicate payments and mismatches — without exporting to a spreadsheet first.
Reconcile your own files now
Add your invoices on one side and the bank statements they should have been paid from on the other. Every statement is balance-checked first, then each invoice comes back paid, unpaid, partly paid, overpaid, duplicated or flagged for a look — with the transaction that decided it.

No mock-up and no edit: one invoice and the bank statement that paid it, matched, exported to Excel, and sent to an accounting system.
The statement checks its own arithmetic before a single invoice is matched.
Amount, date and the invoice number in the payment reference — every match shows why.
Excel export, then the same approved record sent into an accounting system.
Recorded on a fictional invoice and bank statement — no customer data appears in this video.
Bank reconciliation without the spreadsheet
Traditional bank reconciliation means exporting transactions, exporting invoices, and matching them line by line. FlowParse removes the export step entirely: it extracts the transaction table from your bank statement (running balances and all) and reconciles it directly against your invoices using AI matching.
Every transaction accounted for
FlowParse matches transactions to invoices on amount, supplier name, reference and date, then shows you what is left over. Unmatched transactions are flagged as potential missing invoices, and invoices with no payment are flagged as unpaid — so nothing slips through the cracks at month-end.
Built for accountants and finance teams
Whether you are closing the books, preparing for an audit, or just checking that customers have paid, FlowParse gives you a clear, scored reconciliation you can trust — and export alongside your Excel, CSV or accounting-software files.
