Fields extracted from invoices
ParseFlow AI extracts the full set of structured invoice fields: supplier name and registered address, customer name and delivery address, invoice reference number, invoice date and due date, payment terms, VAT registration number, currency code, subtotal before tax, total tax amount, grand total, and the complete line items table.
For each line item, the extractor captures description, quantity, unit price, applicable tax rate, and total line amount. These are mapped into a structured table regardless of the original column order in the PDF.
Multi-document and mixed PDF support
If a single PDF contains both an invoice and a bank statement, ParseFlow AI detects both documents and runs separate extraction pipelines on each. The export contains sheets for both document types in one workbook.
For batch processing — multiple invoices in one PDF or a zip of invoices — the queue system processes each document in sequence.
