Credit card statement to Excel
Convert PDF credit card statements into clean Excel or CSV. FlowParse extracts every charge, payment, fee and interest line — from Visa, Mastercard and Amex statements by any issuer — signs them correctly, and validates the statement summary before you export.
Up to 100 PDFs · any bank · duplicates removed · balance-validated
Every charge, payment and fee as clean rows
A credit card statement can run to pages of charges, with payments, credits, fees and interest interleaved and grouped by card member. Re-keying that for an expense report or the books is slow, and missing a credit or mis-signing a payment throws off the total.
FlowParse reads the whole statement at once and extracts the full record per line — date, merchant/description, signed amount and category where the issuer provides it — plus the account summary (previous balance, payments, new charges, new balance). Charges and credits are normalised into one signed column, and fees and interest are kept as their own lines so you can total deductible costs.
It works for credit cards from any issuer, and the same data exports to a real .QBO for QuickBooks or a Xero-ready CSV. See also the Amex statement converter.
