Crypto Statement to Excel Converter
Convert crypto exchange statement and transaction-history PDFs into clean, structured Excel spreadsheets. FlowParse reads the layouts of the major exchanges — Coinbase, Binance, Kraken and others — and rebuilds every line as an editable row: date and time, transaction type (buy, sell, convert, send, receive, staking reward or fee), asset, quantity, price and the fiat amount.
Scanned or digital · multi-page · every line preserved · review before export
Exchanges hand you a PDF statement or a printout, but crypto tax and portfolio tracking need structured data with every disposal and its cost basis. Across multiple assets and hundreds of transactions, doing that by hand is impractical — and the sign and category of each line matters for gains.
Upload the statement, let the AI extract every line in seconds, review the editable preview, and export to Excel or CSV — with buys, sells, transfers, rewards and fees labelled so the data is ready for a crypto-tax tool or your accountant.

What FlowParse extracts from a crypto statement
A crypto exchange statement lists every transaction with a timestamp, a type (buy, sell, convert, send, receive, staking or interest reward, fee), the asset, the quantity, the unit price or spot rate, and the fiat value. FlowParse extracts each line into a clean, editable row and keeps the fee alongside the amount.
Everything printed is preserved. Transactions are labelled by type so taxable disposals are separable from transfers and income, the asset symbol stays on every row, and amounts are signed consistently so acquisitions and disposals net out correctly.
| Field | Captured in the export |
|---|---|
| Date / time | Transaction timestamp, normalised |
| Type | Buy, sell, convert, send, receive, reward or fee |
| Asset | Coin or token symbol (BTC, ETH, …), verbatim |
| Quantity | Amount of the asset transacted |
| Price | Unit price / spot rate where printed |
| Amount + fee | Fiat value and the fee, signed consistently |
Every exchange formats it differently
Coinbase, Binance and Kraken each lay out their statements and transaction histories differently — different column orders, different names for the same event, different fee handling. Template-based tools need a separate parser per exchange and break when a layout changes.
FlowParse reads the document by meaning, so it handles any exchange's format without configuration, normalises the transaction types into one consistent set, and produces the same clean columns whether the source was Coinbase, Binance, Kraken or an exchange it has never seen.

From PDF to clean data in three steps
1 · Upload the PDF
Drop one statement or many — digital or scanned, any number of pages.
2 · AI extracts & labels
Every line is read, labelled by type, amounts signed, weak pages retried.
3 · Review & export
Check the editable preview, then download Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX or Xero.
Convert to the format you actually need
The same extraction powers every export, so you only convert once and choose the output your next tool expects — a spreadsheet to analyse, a CSV for tax software, or a bank-feed file for your accounting tool.
| Format | Best for |
|---|---|
| Excel (.xlsx) | Analysis, totals and tax prep — clean line-item sheet |
| CSV | Importing into any tool, tax software or spreadsheet |
| .QBO / .OFX | QuickBooks & other accounting tools (cash activity) |
| Xero CSV | Xero's import & reconciliation |

Built for crypto tax
Crypto tax hinges on getting every disposal, its date, and its fiat value into a structured form so cost basis and gains can be computed. With multiple assets and hundreds of transactions, a PDF statement is the worst possible format to work from by hand.
FlowParse converts the statement into a clean, labelled activity sheet you can feed into a crypto-tax tool or hand to an accountant — turning an unworkable PDF into the structured history the calculation actually needs.
Crypto statement to Excel, CSV or tax tools
The same extraction powers every export. Take your crypto activity to Excel for tracking and review, or CSV to import into a crypto-tax package, a spreadsheet or your accountant's workflow.
It fits whether you're an individual reconciling a year of trades, a high-volume trader assembling a full history, or an accountant handling a client's crypto for the tax year.
Consolidate multiple exchanges into one sheet
Most people use more than one exchange. With Smart Merge you can upload up to 100 statements — across Coinbase, Binance, Kraken and others — and consolidate them into a single Excel with one unified transaction sheet, duplicate detection across overlapping exports, and a source reference on every row.
That turns a fragmented year of activity spread across exchanges into one complete, tax-ready history in minutes.
Your financial data stays private
Account and transaction statements are sensitive documents. FlowParse is built so converting one never puts it at risk.

Every upload and download runs over TLS.
